Barbara Jennings has more than 14 years experience in accounting. She became the CFO at SKDH in March 2003. Barbara is responsible for Patient Accounting, General Accounting, MIS, Medical Records and Purchasing. Prior to her work at SKDH, Barbara was a senior consultant at HealthCare Financial Solutions where she worked on various healthcare consulting engagements in the Western United States. She was raised in the Central Valley and attended California State University, Fresno where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in business with an option in accountancy.

Cheryl Duncan
Executive Director of Clinic Services

Cheryl Duncan has served as Executive Director of Clinic Services since June 2001. She is responsible for the development and operation of the hospital’s network of Rural Health Clinics, as well as physician recruitment. A former medical practice management consultant, Cheryl has nearly thirty years experience as an administrator/director. A resident of the Central Valley since 1974, Cheryl attended Texas Tech University and California State University.
