Hospital Accredidation
The Joint
Commission will
conduct an unannounced accreditation survey at Sierra Kings
District Hospital in 2007. The purpose of the survey
will be to evaluate the organization's compliance with nationally
established Joint Commission standards. The survey results
will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under
which, accreditation should be awarded the organization.
The Joint Commission standards deal with organization quality,
safety-of-care issues, and the safety of the environment
in which care is provided.

comunes de la Comisión se ocupan de calidad de la organización,
de las ediciones del seguridad-de-cuidado, y de la seguridad
del ambiente en el cual se proporciona el cuidado.

o de seguridad a la gerencia hospital o para solicitar una
entrevista pública de la información con la Comisión
